Wrist Brace


So this is me now.  With a wrist brace. I'm right handed but my right wrist is really weak, it gets painful after I play tennis.  Then it got worse.  Dati iniisip ko it's the way I grip the racket.  Advice ng kaibigan ko "kunwari pototoy ng Arabo yan, ganun pag hawak mo."

Sagot ko, "hahawakan ko ng 2 fingers para mas sensual."

Charing.

Pero yeah I guess minsan I twist my wrist (uy tongue twister yan ah)  when I lose my concentration lalo na kapag nagpapanic na ako. 

Me: "ay bolaaaa!"

Coach: "hit da ball!"

Me: "afraaaaaaaid!"

But aside from that alam ko mahina talaga wrist ko.  Sa gym, I have a problem with exercises that involves gripping bars.  Another friend said I probably have tendonitis.

Tendonitis na lang para bongga. Sakit ng mayaman. Echos. 

At heto na nga, after my last tennis game last week pa, kumirot na wrist ko.  I looked online and the common remedy that Ive read as regards to my problem is the use of a wrist brace, even while playing tennis.  

And this is what I was able to buy na pang right hand and fits my size. 

I cancelled tennis today because I was too busy. I dunno if I can play on Sunday dahil baka may magyaya sa aking makipag-date. FEELING lang.
